MONSTER Touch 개인정보처리방침

Little Weird Lab(이하 "개발자")은 Android 앱 MONSTER Touch(이하 "앱")를 제공합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떤 정보를 다루지 않는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자, 광고 ID 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 개발자나 제3자의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인 기능도 없습니다.

2. 접근성 서비스(AccessibilityService) 사용

앱의 핵심 기능은 사용자가 직접 선택한 HID 키보드 컨트롤러(블루투스/USB 리모컨 등)의 버튼 입력을 받아, 사용자가 미리 저장한 화면 위치를 대신 터치하는 것입니다. 이를 위해 Android 접근성 서비스를 사용합니다.

3. 기기에 저장되는 정보

선택한 컨트롤러 정보, 버튼-키 연결, 프로필, 터치 위치, 화면 표시 설정은 기능 제공을 위해 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 앱 내 배너(광고)

앱 첫 화면에는 개발자의 제품이나 소식을 알리는 배너가 표시될 수 있습니다. 배너 이미지는 개발자의 배너 서버에서 내려받으며, 이때 일반적인 인터넷 요청과 마찬가지로 서버가 기기의 IP 주소를 일시적으로 확인할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이 요청에 사용자 정보나 기기 식별자를 포함하지 않습니다. 배너를 누르면 해당 웹페이지가 기기의 브라우저에서 열리며, 그 페이지에는 해당 사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 앱은 제3자 광고 SDK나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공

앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

MONSTER Touch Privacy Policy

Little Weird Lab ("we") provides the Android app MONSTER Touch ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and what it does not.

1. Personal information we collect

The app does not collect any personal information such as name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or advertising ID, and does not send any such information to our servers or to third parties. The app has no account or login.

2. Use of the Accessibility Service

The app's core feature lets a user-selected HID keyboard controller (such as a Bluetooth or USB remote) trigger taps at screen positions the user has saved. To do this, the app uses the Android AccessibilityService API.

The service runs only after the user accepts the in-app disclosure and turns it on in Android settings.
The app processes only key down/up events from the selected controller and performs taps at the saved positions.
The app does not read, store, or transmit screen content, typed text, or information from other apps.
No information obtained through the Accessibility Service leaves the device.

3. Information stored on the device

The selected controller, key bindings, profiles, tap positions, and display settings are stored only on the user's device to provide the app's features. They are never sent to us and are deleted when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.

4. In-app banners (ads)

The home screen may show banners promoting our own products or news. Banner images are downloaded from our banner server; as with any web request, the server may briefly see the device's IP address. The app does not include user information or device identifiers in these requests. Tapping a banner opens a web page in the device's browser, which is governed by that site's own privacy policy. The app does not use third-party ad SDKs or analytics tools.

5. Sharing with third parties

Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not share or sell it.

6. Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over and does not collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and effective date on this page.
